About this role
Tubi is a free streaming service that entertains over 100 million monthly active users with the world's largest collection of Hollywood movies, TV shows, creator-led stories, and Tubi Originals. Headquartered in San Francisco and part of Fox Corporation, it boldly serves every fandom. As Senior Associate, Growth Marketing, you'll run in-depth analyses on marketing activities, develop plans to influence metrics, own KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions.
You'll build analytics frameworks to track KPIs, write prompts for AI-generated scripts to automate workflows, and perform research to understand target audiences. Devise unique ways to communicate the Tubi value proposition while supporting earned, owned, and paid media initiatives. This hybrid role requires travel to San Francisco or Los Angeles offices two-three days per week.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product teams on partner integrations for high visibility, design teams on A/B testing strategies, and Data Science to validate results. Serve as the DRI for assigned international markets to maximize regional impact. Manage the full media cycle including tracking, asset generation, optimization, and partner management.
Work with analytics suites like Amplitude and Segment to drive experimentation and results. Provide detailed insights into partner performance with recommendations for next steps. Quantify efforts, lead initiatives for business outcomes, and share results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a relevant role
- Strong capability to work cross-functionally and adapt nimbly to business needs
- Ability to write functional SQL queries and manipulate data in 3rd party tools for optimization
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including use of JIRA
- Ability to make business cases and communicate them effectively
- Working well with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally, managing priorities and expectations with business partners
Responsibilities
