About this role
Demandbase is the leading account-based GTM platform for B2B enterprises to identify and target the right customers, at the right time, with the right message. The company seeks a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. This critical role drives enterprise-wide transformation in a fast-paced, AI-driven B2B SaaS environment.
You will partner with the CEO to define strategic vision, lead high-priority projects, and establish project management frameworks for alignment and accountability. Oversee operational processes like OKRs, Horizon Planning, and QBRs to ensure consistent tracking across the business. Act as connective tissue between the CEO and executive team, fostering consensus and flawless execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and the Communications team for consistent messaging in CEO updates and company-wide initiatives. Manage the executive assistant team to maximize productivity and smooth operations. Oversee internal events like All-Hands, offsites, and leadership summits to reinforce culture and engagement.

Requirements
- Thrives in fast-paced, AI-driven B2B SaaS environments
- Passionate about building operational rigor and driving transformational impact
- Proven ability to partner with CEOs on strategic planning and execution
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Strong enterprise program management skills with frameworks for alignment
- Executive presence to foster consensus and act as connective tissue across leadership
- Cross-functional collaboration expertise with functional leaders
- Track record overseeing internal events and executive operations in high-growth SaaS
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and annual priorities
- Leverage data-driven insights and deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Lead high-priority projects on behalf of the CEO
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks that drive decision-making, alignment, and accountability
- Oversee development and execution of operational processes such as OKRs, Horizon Planning, and QBRs
- Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and conferences
- Partner with Communications team to ensure consistency in narrative across CEO communications and company-wide messaging
- Manage and develop the administrative team to maximize effectiveness and ensure smooth operations
