About this role

This role sits within the Adobe Express Product Marketing Team and supports global marketing strategy and execution. From customer insights to positioning and messaging, this role sits at a critical conjunction point across the product teams and our marketing organization.

You will define and articulate the multi-year vision including where we play, how we win, and how we differentiate. You will lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features and experiences, from concept validation through launch and scale, including AI-first product advancements for Adobe Express.

Working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring our marketing strategies resonate and connect with customers. You will partner with Product and Design to develop roadmap priorities and ensure we are building experiences that solve meaningful customer workflows.

This role will help lead the product evolution of Adobe Express globally. You will serve as the internal champion for our customers, influencing executives and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience, including leading complex 1→N product launches
  • Proven experience defining strategy for a distinct audience segment or growth business
  • Deep understanding of customer segments, including cultural trends and digital behaviors
  • Strong positioning and storytelling capabilities with the ability to translate product innovation into clear, differentiated value
  • Experience serving as an internal champion for customers, influencing executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to partner with data science and analytics to set performance targets and measure impact

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the multi-year vision including where we play, how we win, and how we differentiate
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features and experiences — from concept validation through launch and scale
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the Adobe Express Narrative including AI-first product advancements
  • Lead feature naming for new features in partnership with the Global Marketing Organization
  • Partner closely with Product and Design to develop roadmap priorities and ensure we are building experiences that solve meaningful customer workflows
  • Develop audience segmentation and strategies grounded in customer deep insight through research
  • Establish clear, compelling positioning and messaging that connects functional benefits to emotional drivers
  • Set performance targets and partner with data science and analytics to measure impact and optimize outcomes
