As a Senior Sales Engineer on the Enterprise team, you will help large, complex organizations reimagine how technology can improve safety and operational efficiency at scale. You will work on impactful opportunities, apply technical expertise to shape how our solutions are applied to cutting edge outcomes, and directly influence product innovation.

You will build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the Enterprise customer journey. The role requires 50% travel and reports to the Sr. Director, Engineering- Enterprise, with a remote location.

Requirements

  • Strategic, customer-facing technical leader with 8+ years of experience excelling in complex Enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Discovery expert that deeply understands customers’ core challenges and objectives and translates them into scalable, outcome-driven solutions
  • Exceptional communicator exhibiting executive presence engaging with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders to articulate a tailored value proposition
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectures
  • Experience integrating AI to deliver value
  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)

Responsibilities

  • Own securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions by architecting solutions leveraging Axon's ecosystem that deliver value aligned with customers' business and technical requirements
  • Build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the Enterprise customer journey
  • Identify and architect high-value, industry-leading solutions by uncovering customers' emerging operational needs and next-generation desired outcomes
  • Deliver detailed, data-driven customer feedback and insights to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit
  • Establish collaborative partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to accelerate the business
  • Strengthen team performance by documenting and sharing best practices and domain expertise
