About this role

Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. We are seeking an AI-first and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Head of Finance.

In this role, you will partner with another RevOps Manager and cross-functional leadership to own the entire lifecycle of revenue processes, from lead handoff to customer retention. You will act as a project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, identifying bottlenecks in the lead to cash process to help increase top-line ARR and reduce revenue leakage.

This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence up to 5 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will champion an AI-first operating model across the GTM organization, ensuring strategic planning and operational execution are assisted and accelerated by AI.

Requirements

  • AI-first and process-oriented mindset with a focus on operationalizing GTM strategy.
  • Experience generating insights that drive decisions and designing scalable processes.
  • Ability to build tools that GTM teams use daily.
  • Strong project management skills for cross-functional revenue initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard building, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Experience with data governance and establishing metric dictionaries.
  • Ability to architect and build internal automation and tooling solutions.
  • Proactive thought partnership with GTM leadership on data-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead to cash process to help increase top-line ARR and reduce revenue leakage.
  • Standardize workflows across GTM teams to reduce operational overhead and build consistent expectations.
  • Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses quickly and accurately, assisted by AI.
  • Partner with the Data team on data governance and establish a metric dictionary to enable GTM teams to build their own accurate dashboards and analyses.
  • Architect and build internal automation and tooling solutions using Claude Code to significantly reduce administrative tasks for GTM teams.
  • Serve as a proactive thought partner to GTM leadership, providing timely, data-driven insights and advice to drive thoughtful growth.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model across the GTM organization and assist in GTM Enablement efforts, teaching managers how to leverage AI tools.
