CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. We’re hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Sales, GTM and Business Operations roles with secondary coverage for G&A functions as bandwidth allows.

In this role you will own full-cycle hiring including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy and close. You will advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands and interview design while running structured processes that improve pass-through quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting including GTM and Business & Operations roles in high-growth tech or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting G&A roles or GTM Sales & Marketing positions.
  • Success hiring across Manager/Director levels and hard-to-fill specialties.
  • Expert intake/calibration skills that translate fuzzy needs into crisp profiles and assessment plans.
  • Strong offer strategy and closing skills with data-informed guidance on compensation, leveling and risk tradeoffs.
  • Data fluency to manage a funnel, forecast timelines and drive decisions with metrics.
  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem plus ability to context switch between GTM and G&A portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle searches across Sales, GTM and Business Operations roles with secondary coverage for G&A as bandwidth allows.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans and deliver strong, vetted pipelines on tight timelines.
  • Own full-cycle hiring including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy and close.
  • Flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits, building pipelines for Finance, Legal, People Ops and Executive Support.
  • Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design and decision quality.
  • Run structured, fair processes that improve pass-through quality and champion candidate experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance and Legal while managing a funnel and forecasting timelines.
