About this role
Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. We seek a strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to launch multi-channel marketing campaigns that win merchants in North America. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Marketing, Unified Commerce and Digital, North America.
Define and execute demand generation strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline goals. Translate business priorities into campaign strategies across the full funnel from awareness to conversion. Develop deep understanding of target audiences, buying committees, and priority accounts to inform messaging.
Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to shape narratives and briefs. Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, and Account Management on account strategy. Contribute to Adyen’s account-based marketing across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 motions.
Own campaign measurement, optimization, and scaling using data insights. Share learnings to elevate demand generation across the team. Thrive in an environment engineered for ambition with opportunities to own your career.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years launching and managing integrated campaigns for an enterprise buying audience
- Expert in leading cross-functional teams to develop campaign briefs, creative concepts, channel strategies, and assets
- Track record of launching campaigns on time, and delivering on pipeline goals
- Broad experience executing campaigns across a variety of channels including ads, email, web, social, and events with expertise in at least one channel
- Knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices; seek innovative ideas and push for creative solutions
- Ability to measure and optimize campaign performance; like to launch fast and iterate based on the data
- Self-starter who excels at prioritizing, moving fast, building relationships, bringing stakeholders along in the process
