Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

As our Founding PMM, you'll own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team. You'll drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth, and sales to drive awareness and self-service adoption.

You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering and GTM teams to drive new signups, product usage and enterprise expansion opportunities. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape GTM strategy and campaign execution as we grow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision.
  • Enjoy solving complex problems and building from first principles.
  • Use AI thoughtfully in your own workflows to amplify your output and the quality of your programs.
  • Operate well in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
  • Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Take full ownership from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team.
  • Drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth, and sales to drive awareness and self-service adoption.
  • Craft messaging and positioning for Reducto products that resonates with both technical personas and enterprise buyer personas.
  • Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel, from activation through expansion, using product data to identify friction and opportunity.
  • Develop ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for both self-service users and enterprise customers.
  • Create compelling and effective technical marketing content including web, blog, video, and social media to fuel marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts.
  • Work closely with GTM ops team to measure our impact to the sales and marketing funnel and implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives that equip our teams to win: pitch decks, customer stories, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
