The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Intelligence owns the intelligence engine for GTM success.
This role drives a rigorous competitive program, win/loss system for actionable insights, and enablement that moves the needle for sales and marketing. You'll create materials sales teams actually use, deliver insights for campaigns, and provide competitor intel shaping GTM strategy. Leverage latest AI tools to accelerate insights and workflows.
Sit within the Solutions PMM team and collaborate closely across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Platform PMM, and Product. Ensure intelligence and competitive advantage weave into every customer journey stage. Partner to inform sales narratives, training programs, and targeted campaigns.
Obsessed with impact, you'll synthesize market signals from analyst reports, events, and tracking into clear positioning views. Influence product roadmap with competitor insights. Contribute to Culture Amp’s next growth stage at the innovative companies like Canva and Asana rely on.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with depth in competitive intelligence, market research, and enabling commercial teams
- Proven track record of building CI and/or win/loss programs that influence sales outcomes
- Strong analyst mindset comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative data sources synthesizing ambiguous market signals into clear priorities
- Experience creating materials sales teams actually use and providing insights for effective marketing campaigns
- Comfortable leveraging latest AI tools to accelerate generation of insights and enablement
- Ability to operate rigorous programs at speed of market for GTM impact
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve end-to-end competitive intelligence program from monitoring and synthesis to enablement and rapid response
- Build and maintain field-ready library of battlecards, depositioning guides, and objection-handling content for top competitors using AI-powered workflows
- Lead win/loss program end-to-end including interview cadence, CRM data quality, analysis, and readouts to senior leadership focusing on the ‘why’
- Synthesize market intelligence from analyst reports, industry events, and competitive tracking into market direction and positioning point of view
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to build training programs driving field adoption of intelligence assets
- Partner with Solutions PMM and Solutions Engineering to contribute market evidence and competitive context to sales narratives and value proof points
- Collaborate with marketing teams to inform targeted campaigns and sales plays versus competition
- Provide deep insight into competitor capabilities to inform product roadmap gaps and opportunities
