Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors. Our NodeZero platform delivers autonomous pentests across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments. We seek an experienced Executive Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Executive Team as a trusted advisor.

This role drives alignment on strategic priorities, operational excellence, and clear communication throughout the company. Oversee executive team rhythms including meetings, agendas, planning sessions, and offsites. Track progress on high-priority objectives and conduct ad hoc analysis as needed.

Manage companywide events like the annual kickoff and partner with Sales Enablement on sales kickoff planning. Contribute to internal communications keeping employees informed and engaged with company strategy. We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and cybersecurity practitioners.

Requirements

  • Experienced and highly organized professional partnering closely with executive teams
  • Proven ability to drive executive team rhythms including meetings, agendas, and offsites
  • Track record tracking and driving progress on high-priority objectives and OKRs
  • Skill in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans with accountability
  • Experience identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies impacting execution
  • Background leading companywide events like annual kickoffs and all-hands
  • Adept at drafting talking points, presentations, and internal communications
  • Thrives in high-visibility roles at the intersection of strategy, operations, and culture

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective executive team operations, including planning and facilitating meetings, creating agendas, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Coordinate executive offsites, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and outcomes
  • Monitor and report progress against company OKRs and high-priority initiatives
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to set and maintain organizational priorities
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Identify and surface risks, gaps, and dependencies that may impact execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of the annual company kickoff
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to execute sales kickoff and manage company All-Hands events
