San Francisco, US · Full-time · $100,000 – $115,000

About this role

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence as the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up. We own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads, and we're seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our DIG team.

In this role, you will analyze and support business processes, implement new procedures, and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations across DIG. You'll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, track project goals, and help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

You will monitor operational performance by collecting and analyzing KPI data, develop standard operating procedures, and prepare regular reports for leadership. Collaboration with finance on budgeting and cost optimization, as well as evaluating tools to improve efficiency, will be key parts of your day-to-day work.

This role is required to be in-office 5 days per week at our San Francisco headquarters, where you'll join a high-performing team that believes in each other. If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career and help advance AI strategies, come build with us at Crusoe.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace, Claude, and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance by collecting and analyzing KPI data to assess whether DIG teams are meeting their goals.
  • Help ensure efficient allocation of resources—including personnel, budget, and technology—to support DIG's business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for DIG operations.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives within the department.
  • Evaluate and utilize tools, software, and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
