Handshake is the career network for the AI economy, connecting 20 million knowledge workers with 1 million employers. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own acquisition channels end-to-end with a focus on paid social, scaling LinkedIn and Meta to meet cost-per-activation targets.

Your day-to-day involves launching net-new paid social platforms like TikTok and Snapchat from scratch, with structured tests and clear exit criteria. You'll also contribute to Google and Reddit, respond to same-day campaign needs, and build channel-mix budget models from ramp plans and CAC targets.

This role sits within our product org, so funnel changes move fast. You'll work hand-in-hand with world-class AI labs and Fortune 500 partners, alongside leadership from Scale AI, Meta, xAI, Notion, Coinbase, and Palantir.

You'll pioneer growth into new international markets starting with Canada and the UK, then Spanish-speaking markets in Mexico and LatAm. Join a massive, fast-growing business that tripled its ARR at scale in 2025.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels
  • Hands-on LinkedIn and/or Meta experience—campaign builds, creative testing, audience strategy, and bid optimization
  • $1M+ in annual ad spend managed across paid social and other paid channels
  • Experience launching a paid channel from scratch—business case, test structure, and scale
  • Ability to build channel-mix budget models from a ramp plan and CAC target
  • Creative self-sufficiency: you write copy and iterate on ads without waiting on a designer
  • Comfort with spiky, project-based demand and making fast decisions with incomplete data

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale LinkedIn and Meta as primary growth channels, managing campaign strategy, creative iteration, audience targeting, and daily optimization
  • Launch net-new paid social platforms (TikTok, Snapchat) from zero with structured tests, clear exit criteria, and a scaling plan
  • Take 1–2 existing channels off the current Growth Marketer’s plate, contributing to Google and Reddit alongside paid social
  • Respond to same-day campaign needs—making campaigns live within hours when delivery ops surfaces a ramp requirement
  • Translate project ramp plans and bill rates into channel spend forecasts, owning cost-per-activation accountability for each engagement
  • Pioneer growth into new markets starting with Canada and UK, eventually expanding to Spanish-speaking markets in Mexico and LatAm
