This role leads a team overseeing the regional end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. The manager will build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to scale processes that drive revenue through flawless order execution and support growth opportunities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include driving data-driven accountability by developing and monitoring key operational metrics to identify performance trends and enable informed decisions. The manager will also lead change management for system implementations, process redesigns, and organizational transitions while serving as the escalation point for complex orders and policy approvals.

Requirements
- Experience leading order management or revenue operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret operational metrics.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI/ML opportunities.
- Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes, accounting policy, and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience managing case and queue management systems to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Strategy.
- Experience with change management and scaling operations for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and champion automation and AI/ML opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across the order lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve order experience and policy clarity while driving prioritized process enhancements.
- Drive data-driven accountability by developing, monitoring, and analyzing key operational metrics to optimize processes and enable decision-making.
- Lead change management efforts for system implementations, process redesigns, and organizational transitions.
- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Order Management and Quote-to-Cash operations aligned with Finance and Go-to-Market strategy.
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, delivering accurate and timely orders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team with clear goals and a culture of accountability.
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex orders, exceptions, and policy approvals; drive root-cause fixes to prevent recurrence.
