About this role

Hover helps people design, improve, and protect the properties they love. With proprietary AI built on over a decade of real property data, homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals rely on Hover to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive 3D models from a smartphone scan in minutes.

This role sits at the intersection of our Business Systems tech stack including Salesforce administration and AI-powered automation. You will own Salesforce end-to-end, manage users, permissions, flows, and data quality while contributing to high-impact AI initiatives like email automation and AI-powered sales call preparation.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will identify and eliminate manual work, design human-in-the-loop systems, and maintain data pipeline health to ensure accurate and timely data across the GTM stack.

Hover is driven by curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to serving customers and communities. Backed by leading investors like Google Ventures and Menlo Ventures, and trusted by industry leaders including Travelers, State Farm, and Nationwide, we are redefining how people understand and interact with their spaces.
