The Inside Sales Team sells group, suite, and season tickets at Oracle Park through targeted outbound sales campaigns and building relationships with prospects. This dynamic role involves generating new business and managing accounts via high-volume outbound and inbound sales, handling 80-100 calls and emails daily. You manage the full sales process from prospecting and facilitating meetings to handling objections, closing deals, and servicing accounts. Contribute to growth in group sales, premium hospitality, and season ticket programs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume sales and/or service environment with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present information and respond to client questions
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to build rapport and understand client needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Highly motivated with a desire to have a successful career in sales
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads by proactively reaching out through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify and qualify prospects
- Manage the sales cycle by conducting needs assessments, presenting product solutions, handling objections, and guiding prospects to close
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while tracking and reporting performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Develop deep understanding of products and services, staying informed about industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams for seamless customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and provide feedback to improve sales processes
