As Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), you will be the CAO’s strategic partner driving operational excellence across HR, Legal, Strategic Procurement, Workplace, Internal Events and Talent Enablement. Streamline high-impact initiatives, optimize operating rhythm, and ensure the CAO focuses on shaping policies and programs.

Drive process improvements, alignment and knowledge sharing across the CAO leadership team and functions for operational efficiency. Project manage organization-wide projects and initiatives, bringing together stakeholders to drive decisions and action. Lead the annual strategic planning process, collaborating with Finance to develop roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.

Thrive as an AI-savvy problem-solver, exceptional communicator, and relentless implementer in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Act as trusted confidant and advisor to the CAO, helping think through complex strategic and personnel decisions. Disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of the CAO to internal and external stakeholders.

Take control of day-to-day operations to create time for the CAO’s strategic business needs. Build strong relationships among stakeholders, promoting a culture of trust and transparency. This role offers insight into how great companies grow and scale through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Trusted confidant and advisor to executives, helping think through complex strategic and personnel decisions
  • Ability to disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of executives to internal and external stakeholders
  • History of taking control of day-to-day operations to create time for strategic business needs
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solver, and first-class communicator
  • Lead and drive timely execution of business-critical and cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Seamlessly break down large and complex concepts into actionable tasks and steps
  • Track record of effectively communicating, influencing and driving alignment across multiple functions
  • High EQ with ability to build strong relationships and promote a culture of trust and transparency

Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements, alignment and knowledge sharing across the CAO leadership team and functions to ensure operational efficiency
  • Project manage CAO organization-wide projects and initiatives, bringing together stakeholders to drive decisions and action
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process for the CAO’s organization, collaborating with Finance to develop roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans
  • Develop internal and external agendas for team meetings and offsites, and oversee logistics as needed
  • Serve as trusted confidant and advisor to the CAO on complex strategic and personnel decisions
  • Manage day-to-day operations and processes to free up the CAO for strategic focus
  • Set operational cadence to promote alignment and knowledge-sharing across the company
