As Chief of Staff to the Go-To-Market leadership team, you'll partner strategically with the CEO and GTM leaders to scale commercial impact. You'll enable high-velocity decision-making, drive executive-level business development, and ensure clarity across cross-functional initiatives. This high-visibility role offers real ownership.
Work directly with CEO Sushanth Raman and leaders from Google, DoorDash, and YC to shape logistics tech. Join key customer, partner, and leadership meetings to capture decisions and drive accountability. Coordinate with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams.
Help transform a massive industry toward a $10B+ business in a well-funded startup targeting IPO. Own GTM initiatives in sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Gain a clear path into GTM leadership while pressure-testing plans with data.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, GTM ops, or MBA programs
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and operate with executive presence
- Strong written and verbal communicator comfortable owning executive-facing deliverables
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating without perfect information
- Experience translating strategy into operating plans and timelines
- Ability to pressure-test assumptions and support decisions with data analysis
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and partnerships
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Head of GTM and executive team to translate high-level strategy into clear priorities, operating plans, and timelines
- Own cross-functional GTM initiatives including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, ensuring alignment and follow-through
- Identify gaps, risks, and tradeoffs in GTM plans and proactively surface recommendations
- Prepare leaders for executive, board, and customer-facing conversations by developing clear narratives, decks, and briefing materials
- Join key customer, partner, and internal leadership meetings to capture decisions, clarify next steps, and drive accountability
- Coordinate across product, engineering, finance, and operations to reflect GTM needs in roadmaps and resourcing
- Track commitments made by GTM leadership and ensure decisions turn into action
- Draft and refine presentations, memos, and proposals for board updates, executive reviews, strategic partnerships, and large customer deals
