About this role

Traba is building the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team and help us build an agentic platform that synthesizes data and operates autonomously inside customers' supply chain workflows.

You'll embed deeply in customers' operations to design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, and execute work. You will work directly with founders, product engineers, and ML teams to rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside design partners.

This role reports directly to our VP of Product and operates at the frontier of applied AI. The assumptions, capabilities, and constraints will evolve rapidly, and the product will evolve with them. You'll solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.

You'll architect product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform and shape the global supply chain's transformation. You will use proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships to drive real productivity gains. This is a true 0-to-1 product role where you can build from scratch and drive immediate impact.

Requirements

Proven experience launching customer-facing AI products where the system took meaningful actions on behalf of users.
Experience building products from scratch with real customers and understanding the realities of finding product-market fit.
Deep understanding of how agents execute workflows, orchestrate systems, use tools, maintain context, and perform work autonomously.
Ability to work directly with founders, product engineers, and ML teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong analytical skills to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions using data.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapidly changing model capabilities.
Expertise in defining product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

Architect and steward product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform.

Socialize your work across all levels and departments while synthesizing diverse stakeholder feedback.
