About this role
Lunar is a stealth technology company building an AI-native hospital information system to revolutionize healthcare. We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to help build and scale the operational foundation of the company.
In this highly autonomous role, you will take ownership of high-priority initiatives from start to finish, working directly with company leadership. You will jump into a wide variety of business-critical projects spanning recruiting, partnerships, marketing, operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

This role offers exposure to nearly every part of the business while helping solve the company’s highest-priority challenges. You will build operational infrastructure, create structure where none exists, and help scale the team by supporting hiring efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, clinicians, engineers, customers, and external partners.
- Hard-working, resourceful, and excited by the prospect of solving new problems every week.
- Highly analytical and intellectually curious.
- Sound judgement and a drive to do the best work of your career.
Responsibilities
- Own high-priority initiatives from start to finish, working directly with company leadership to drive execution.

- Scale the team by supporting hiring efforts, coordinating interviews, and improving recruiting operations.
- Help shape the future of healthcare by building the operational backbone of a company revolutionizing an industry left behind by software advancements.
