About this role

Lunar is a stealth technology company building an AI-native hospital information system to revolutionize healthcare. We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to help build and scale the operational foundation of the company.

In this highly autonomous role, you will take ownership of high-priority initiatives from start to finish, working directly with company leadership. You will jump into a wide variety of business-critical projects spanning recruiting, partnerships, marketing, operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, clinicians, engineers, customers, and external partners.
Hard-working, resourceful, and excited by the prospect of solving new problems every week.
Highly analytical and intellectually curious.
Sound judgement and a drive to do the best work of your career.
