As Senior Product Manager for the Conversion & Signers Experiences Product team, you will work at the core of Docusign's business, serving developers, ISVs, and signers at scale. You will improve success KPIs, develop the roadmap, vision, and priorities to increase reliability and grow customer value.

You will lead the definition of strategy for Signing APIs, focusing on innovative solutions from concept to launch. Own the backlog, advocate for priorities amid trade-offs between technical requirements and product needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Ops, and Field teams to bring improvements to market.

This is a highly collaborative cross-border group operating between Engineering and business, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security. Product Management teams design never-been-done-before products while advocating for customers. You report to the Director, Product Management as an individual contributor.

Launch forward-thinking products and features, test performance, and iterate quickly using technical expertise in APIs and Platform Services. Drive end-to-end strategy and product roadmap, advising stakeholders across the lifecycle. Work with Field teams to boost adoption and stickiness for existing customers.

Requirements

Technical expertise in developing APIs and Platform Services
Experience leading product roadmaps and strategies for developer platforms
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business teams
Strong skills in owning backlogs and managing priority trade-offs
Background in serving developers, ISVs, and signer experiences at scale
Ability to drive adoption and improve KPIs for SaaS products
Expertise in iterating on innovative features for e-signature and CLM solutions

Responsibilities

Apply technical expertise developing APIs and Platform Services to enable intelligent agreement management
Launch innovative products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, UX, and cross-functional teams to develop solutions delivering short time to value
Own the backlog and advocate for priority trade-offs between technical requirements and product priorities
Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and product roadmap for Signing APIs
Advise key stakeholders across all phases of the product lifecycle
Work with Field teams to drive adoption and increase stickiness for existing customers
Demonstrate expert cross-functional skills to drive complex, multi-faceted projects
