This hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area develops robust acquisition programs across LinkedIn ads, email, and web channels. The role manages targeting, campaign execution, narrative strategy, and conversion metrics to hit revenue targets.

You will partner closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product teams. The work requires leading through influence to align cross-functional stakeholders around ABM-driven motions for named accounts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years experience in growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to set and own a roadmap, driving execution across complex programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate higher-value acquisition lead generation programs end-to-end, translating business and revenue priorities into clear strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional work across operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to drive alignment and action.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable lift in program performance.
  • Design and incorporate ABM-centric strategies that engage buying committees within named accounts.
  • Own program-level performance and insights, synthesizing engagement, lead quality, conversion, and revenue signals into recommendations.
  • Communicate program strategy, performance, and impact through concise, executive-ready updates.
