About this role
Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. The Customer Marketing Manager leads how Figma tells its story through customers and partners who use its products. This position sits at the intersection of content strategy and program operations.
You will own the content strategy for customer and partner stories, developing briefs and shaping drafts to meet high standards for quality and brand voice. The role involves sourcing stories that advance strategic priorities like AI, enterprise, and platform narratives with sound judgment.
Story Studio functions as a storytelling platform within Figma's marketing organization, aligning product narratives, customer stories, and brand campaigns. You will serve as an internal platform supporting Product, Editorial, Growth, and Sales teams with needed narratives for launches.
This full-time role can be based in US hubs or remotely across the United States. At Figma, the value of growing as you go encourages curious candidates to apply even if experience does not align perfectly with every requirement.
