About this role

We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Acquisition Marketing, the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist manages and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns. The role requires a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment that directly impacts Prosper’s bottom line.

You will build simple and complex multi-channel flows that incorporate experiments, conditional splits, and personalization using API event payloads and user attributes.

Collaboration spans marketing analytics, product analytics, legal, compliance, and technical teams. You will intake requests, assess results, ensure regulatory compliance, QA API events and webhooks, and monitor campaign performance and send counts.

This hybrid role offers two days per week in the San Francisco office. The position provides the opportunity to apply lifecycle marketing expertise and grow within a challenging environment focused on acquisition and customer engagement.
