Prime Intellect is building the infrastructure for decentralized AI, enabling global collaboration in compute, code, and capital to accelerate open-access AI models. We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO, CTO, and COO. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on execution across hiring, culture, and partnerships.

You'll oversee day-to-day systems that keep the company running while taking on higher-leverage projects like building go-to-market strategy and scaling workflows. Manage everything from supporting hiring to building relationships with key stakeholders. The focus is creating structure that lets the executive team and company prioritize building.

Requirements

Proven experience as Chief of Staff, venture investor or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities
Comfortable working side-by-side with founders and senior leadership
People-oriented and resourceful, with a bias for solving problems quickly
Strong track record of aligning teams to execute ambitious goals at scale
Experience with hiring, team development, growth contracts and fostering high-performing teams
Business acumen with experience in financial management and fundraising
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level reporting

Responsibilities

Lead hiring processes across operations, business, and legal functions

Build the go-to-market strategy for new RL initiatives
Design and refine workflows that improve productivity and scalability
