As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you'll join the North America Sales team to qualify potential customers and expand Aircall's customer base. Requirements
- Skilled communicator with clear, direct, consultative approach and excellent verbal and written skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems like Intercom and Salesforce with willingness to learn more
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, waiting tables, bartending, retail, or tech/SaaS
- Team spirit mindset with desire to continuously grow and learn while supporting teammates
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment remaining flexible, nimble, calm, and even-keeled
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and superior time management to prioritize tasks and deadlines
- Autonomous with initiative to own success, resourceful, confident, and unafraid of challenges
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact to filter and qualify top-of-funnel inbound leads over phone and chat
- React quickly to sales leads via email, phone, and chat at high volume
- Represent Aircall professionally and communicate product information to various buyer personas
- Highlight Aircall product features and business advantages to raise curiosity and interest
- Assist North America Account Executives by booking demos and meetings and documenting in Salesforce
- Continuously learn, uplevel skills, and stay aware of industry trends
