About this role
Juniper Square's mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets, including commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital. These assets make up half of our financial ecosystem but remain inaccessible to most. We're digitizing these markets to bring efficiency, transparency, and access.
Fund administration is our newest and fastest-growing business line, dominated by legacy firms using data silos, off-the-shelf software, and unstructured email. You'll build modern technology that's fully integrated, provides real-time data access, and structures collaboration via purpose-built workflows. As a senior product team member, develop deep understanding of customer and internal workflows.
Refine the roadmap and lead projects from start to finish, collaborating with engineering, business, and operations. Work cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, and more to launch features. Ship iteratively while inspiring teams with clear 'why' and 'what'.
Serve as a leader in product management, mentoring juniors and setting examples. Enjoy flexible work from fully remote to San Francisco office or co-working spaces. Thrive in a digital-first environment spanning US states, Canadian provinces, and India.
