About this role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SDR to support business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role focuses on prospecting, outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for the sales team. The SDR will be the first point of contact for many prospects, making a strong first impression essential.
Day-to-day activities include identifying and researching potential clients, conducting outbound outreach through email, calls, and social platforms, and qualifying leads to schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintaining accurate records of outreach and lead activity is critical, as is following up with prospects and nurturing relationships.
The SDR collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts and align strategies. This role requires staying updated on products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects. The environment is goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting outreach and performance goals.

Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or a related role
