Relyance AI provides the essential infrastructure for the data trust economy, unifying privacy, security, and AI governance into a single real-time operating system. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by partnering with Sales and Marketing teams. This hybrid role requires commuting to the San Francisco office three days a week.

You qualify and generate leads through outbound and inbound outreach, including cold calling, while articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers. Partner with Account Executives to collaborate on pipeline generation efforts and keep Salesforce leads updated. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics using approved outreach practices.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry (new graduates also welcome)
  • Experience generating sales opportunities with enterprise prospects
  • Gritty, self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • BA/BS degree

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and generate leads through outbound and inbound outreach activities, including cold calling
  • Articulate the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to generate product interest
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
  • Keep up with product, service information, and updates, generating updated scripts for prospecting and objection handling
  • Partner with Account Executives to collaborate on pipeline generation efforts
  • Keep Salesforce leads and contacts updated and current
  • Follow approved practices for outreach to prospective customers
