In this role, you will set the strategy for Google, Display, and CTV, manage platform and agency relationships, and direct AI tools for execution. You will own budget pacing, lead incrementality test design, and bring analytical rigor to all channels.

Requirements

  • Analytically rigorous with deep comfort in search and programmatic environments
  • Experience owning channel strategy, budget pacing, and outcome accountability
  • Proven ability to manage platform and agency relationships with clear performance expectations
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools for bid management, audience optimization, and creative performance
  • Ability to design and lead incrementality tests in coordination with measurement systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to connect channel signals to the full customer journey
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display, CTV, and programmatic DSPs
  • Capability to evaluate and override AI-recommended actions with documented learnings

Responsibilities

  • Set channel strategy across Google, Display, and CTV including account architecture, funnel coverage, and budget allocation
  • Own budget pacing across all channels and make real-time reallocation decisions based on performance signals
  • Lead incrementality test design for search, display, and CTV in coordination with the measurement stack
  • Contribute channel-level commentary to weekly cross-channel performance reporting
  • Manage day-to-day communication and performance accountability with external platform and agency partners
  • Direct and evaluate AI execution tools for bid management, audience optimization, pacing, and creative performance
  • Interrogate automated optimization outputs and push back when AI-recommended actions do not hold up to scrutiny
  • Stay ahead of platform and product changes including Smart Bidding updates, DSP feature releases, and measurement developments
