Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups, offering an all-in-one financial platform that combines corporate cards, payments, and banking services. As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the sales team, focusing on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement.

Day-to-day, you will conduct outreach through phone, email, and in-person interactions to drive new business. You will also attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships, while providing deal support to Senior Account Executives.

This role places you at the forefront of Rho's growth initiatives, working closely with experienced sales professionals. You'll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fintech, gaining hands-on experience with an innovative platform backed by real human support.

This position is designed as a launching pad for your career in fintech and software sales, with a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year. You will develop a deep understanding of Rho's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects across various industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for fintech and willingness to learn about financial products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
  • Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships.
  • Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
