We're seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to receive inbound leads and support customers on their journey to acquire Mixpanel. The role focuses on companies with 1-500 employees, emphasizing high-growth tech companies.

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, and chat while managing a high volume of inbound leads. Run discovery calls to identify customer needs and organize one-to-many or one-to-one demos for quick sales with average deal value of 5-25K USD ARR. Answer technical and administrative questions while ensuring all relevant information is captured and up to date in Salesforce.

Join the NA Sales Team based in San Francisco, with hubs in NYC, Austin, and more. The team handles the full sales cycle for new business and existing customers using Mixpanel to analyze and improve customer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound requests for demos or contact us through website or other channels
  • Run discovery calls and identify elements the customer needs to see for quick sales with 5-25K USD ARR
  • Organize and run one-to-many or one-to-one demos
  • Answer technical and administrative questions
  • Ensure all relevant information is captured and kept up to date in Salesforce
  • Own short-term sales cycles from start to finish while helping customers decide on product analytics
  • Demonstrate solutions in front of C-level customers, champions, and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Legal
