Our vast talent network trains frontier AI models by sharing knowledge, experience, and context that can't be captured in code alone.

This role sits at the center of Delivery, Finance, Product, and GTM, owning the connective tissue that turns revenue potential into realized revenue. You'll identify what's blocking the business, build the operating rhythms to surface it, and program manage the teams that fix it. You'll work directly with leadership and have visibility into how every part of the business runs.

You'll collaborate alongside researchers, operators, and AI companies at the forefront of shaping systems that are redefining society. The team is ambitious, fast-paced, and deeply committed to achieving Mercor's vision. We work in-person five days a week across San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.

This is a high-leverage generalist role where you own outcomes end-to-end and see your work directly in the company's growth trajectory. You'll drive high-quality execution across the entire business and take on special projects wherever the leverage is.

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting, business operations, strategic finance, banking/private equity, or as a founder.
A degree from a top school.
Proficiency with data analytics and BI tools; comfortable pulling and pressure-testing your own numbers.
Strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders across delivery teams, product, and leadership.
Experience constructing metrics, KPIs, operating rhythms, and processes that make organizations run well.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Unblock revenue by partnering with delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and manage blockers between us and revenue potential.
Operationalize plans by working with Finance to translate forecasts and growth levers into operational reality.
Drive product velocity by translating delivery blockers into clear, well-scoped product requirements and program managing product teams for timely delivery.
Run the operating cadence by supporting business review rhythms including monthly business reviews, weekly check-ins, and dashboards.
Shape company strategy by working on initiatives that improve Mercor's market positioning across offerings, product functionality, business lines, and talent.
Take on special projects across GTM, Finance, and Operations as the business needs.
