About this role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Windfall, you will define how we position our people intelligence and AI capabilities in the market and how our revenue teams tell the Windfall story. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives and practical go-to-market assets.
This role is ideal for a PMM who has already owned launches, messaging, and enablement for a product or segment and wants to extend that scope across multiple verticals and use cases. You will build and update sales collateral, support product and feature launches, and partner with revenue teams to understand where deals stall and create assets to unblock them.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS in a transparent, integrity-driven environment that values being an excellent communicator and operating with leverage. The team holds true to core values including winning when our customers win and acting with integrity and trust.
This role offers the opportunity to use AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, and asset iteration while maintaining quality and narrative control. You will conduct light competitive research and market scanning, turning insights into actionable guidance for revenue teams.
