Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. This role is a critical execution partner within the Trust & Infrastructure Operations team, supporting content and communications infrastructure for 5,000+ engineers across 9 time zones.

You will manage end-to-end content collection for executive reporting, build operational workflows using Slack and automated reminders, and proactively identify manual steps to propose AI-powered solutions. You will also own the review scheduling process for executive content and maintain a forward-looking content calendar.

This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of AI, communications, and Business Operations, working on some of the most complex Technology content. The team operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in the San Francisco office.

This is an opportunity to build operational and communications depth while contributing to executive-level reporting and AI Town Hall logistics. You will develop content for recurring executive updates and distill high-volume input into accurate, concise communications for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end content collection and executive reporting workflows.
  • Proven ability to build operational workflows using tools like Slack, automated reminders, and structured templates.
  • Ability to proactively identify manual steps and propose AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate review windows with senior leaders across multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining forward-looking content calendars and mitigating timeline risks.
  • Excellent written communication skills to develop executive-level updates and presentations from complex technical inputs.
  • Ability to distill high-volume, multi-org input into accurate and concise content for senior leadership.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment and coordinating across 9 time zones with 5,000+ engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end content collection process for recurring executive reporting, including sending calls for content, tracking submissions, and verifying completeness.
  • Build and maintain operational workflows that simplify content submission for contributors, including Slack Skills and automated reminders.
  • Proactively identify manual, repetitive steps in content and communications workflows and propose AI-powered solutions to streamline them.
  • Own the review scheduling process for all executive content, coordinating review windows with senior leaders across multiple deliverables.
  • Maintain a forward-looking content calendar and proactively flag scheduling conflicts or timeline risks.
  • Support logistics for org-wide and executive events, including AI Town Halls, all-hands meetings, and leadership presentations.
  • Develop content for recurring executive updates, working from team submissions to produce clean, structured communications at an executive register.
  • Distill high-volume, multi-org input into accurate, concise content that preserves technical fidelity for a senior leadership audience.
