San Francisco, US · Temporary · $100,000 – $500,000

About this role

We are seeking a data-obsessed performance marketer to serve as our Growth Marketing Lead Consultant covering a 12-week maternity leave. Your primary mission is to maintain growth momentum by optimizing the current performance marketing stack, lowering customer acquisition cost (CAC), and identifying hidden efficiencies within paid and organic channels. This position is available as a remote role within the United States or hybrid in Omaha, NE or San Francisco, CA offices.

Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage a monthly budget across Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (TikTok, Meta), and Affiliate Partners to meet strict CAC and ROAS targets. Monitor daily performance dashboards to identify funnel leaks and reallocate spend from underperforming campaigns to high-efficiency winners. Execute A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.

Conduct week-to-week deep-dive audits of existing campaigns to identify low-hanging fruit for cost savings. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and data science teams to detect inefficiencies in the customer funnel and improve down-funnel conversions. Work in a team drawing on talent across investment management, product development, financial technology, real estate, and consumer finance.

Report directly to the President with weekly high-level briefings on channel performance, budget efficiency, and funnel health. Translate raw data into actionable business recommendations influencing company-wide resource allocation. Join a well-funded market leader pioneering a smarter way to own your home.

  • Technical literacy: familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and GTM (Google Tag Manager)
