We’re hiring a Business Operations generalist to work directly with the CEO and leadership team on highest-impact priorities. This true generalist role operates as a force multiplier across go-to-market, product, and operations. You'll own ambiguous, project-based work that drives critical business outcomes.
As one of the first BizOps hires, you’ll have outsized ownership and visibility. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and GTM teams. Thrive in a fast-paced environment based in San Francisco, in-office 5 days a week.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar generalist role (4+ years preferred)
- Highly structured and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning problems end-to-end
- Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, product, or operations teams
- Proficient with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and systems (CRM experience a plus)
- Move quickly, communicate clearly, and have strong business judgment
- Based in SF or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)
- Want to work hard (more than regular hours) for a high-impact, rewarding role
Responsibilities
- Tackle and drive high-priority, cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, and GTM from problem definition through execution
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to inform strategy, set priorities, and drive key business decisions
- Build internal AI tooling to make existing business processes more efficient
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility into company performance (pipeline, growth, retention, etc.)
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the business, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Stand up new functions, workflows, and systems from scratch as the company grows
