The Organic Growth Marketing role at Skillz drives scalable user and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. Skillz is the first publicly-traded mobile eSports platform that hosts billions of casual mobile gaming tournaments worldwide. This position owns the overall organic growth strategy using competitive and funnel insights.
Day-to-day work leads testing across creative, channels, viral mechanics, and product funnels to identify high-impact opportunities. Priorities include optimizing end-to-end product funnels while building engaged player communities. The role drives ASO, SEO, and GEO initiatives to maximize discoverability and organic acquisition.
Acting as a bridge between Product, Analytics, and Creative teams establishes a repeatable optimization framework. This accelerates acquisition, improves retention, and aligns all growth initiatives with company goals. Requirements
- Experience driving organic growth through data-driven experimentation in consumer or gaming platforms
- Proven ability to lead testing across creative, channels, and product funnels
- Strong track record owning organic growth strategy and funnel optimization
- Expertise in ASO, SEO, and GEO initiatives for mobile applications
- Ability to build engaged player communities and improve retention metrics
- Experience collaborating across Product, Analytics, and Creative teams
