San Francisco, US · Full-time · $90,000 – $160,000

About this role

The Revenue Operations Lead owns the operational backbone of Firecrawl's growth motion. This includes billing lifecycle, revenue dashboards, procurement, collections, and compliance workflows that support enterprise deals. The role focuses on finding issues early and building tools that quietly deliver major efficiency gains.

Day-to-day work centers on end-to-end billing ownership with invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, and disputes. You will create trusted revenue dashboards from raw data and run procurement operations while keeping compliance programs audit-ready for SOC 2 and GDPR.

Firecrawl is a small, fast-moving technical team that has reached eight figures in ARR and over 90k GitHub stars in one year. The company builds essential web data infrastructure used by developers and future super-intelligence systems while shipping fast and deep.

You will use AI tools to automate reporting and repetitive tasks, turning every manual process into a solvable problem. This position offers direct impact on revenue visibility and operational speed at a high-growth usage-based SaaS company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, billing operations, or growth ops at a SaaS or usage-based company.
  • Operationally relentless with systems that keep you on top of everything and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable owning the billing lifecycle with prior management of invoicing, collections, subscriptions, or procurement.
  • Can build dashboards from raw data that founders can use to answer spending questions in under five minutes.
  • Experience operating compliance workflows at the day-to-day level rather than building programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the billing lifecycle end to end including invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, and disputes.
  • Build revenue dashboards from raw data that give real-time visibility into revenue, usage, churn, and expansion.
  • Run procurement and vendor operations by managing subscriptions, contracts, and renewals while catching wasteful spend.
  • Operate SOC 2, GDPR, and similar compliance workflows including questionnaires, audits, documentation, and vendor security reviews.
  • Support enterprise deal operations through procurement paperwork, security reviews, and custom billing arrangements.
  • Build AI workflows to automate reporting, questionnaires, and repetitive ops work.

  • $90,000 to $160,000/year salary range for U.S.-based employees in San Francisco
  • Equity up to 0.05%
