San Francisco, US · Full-time · $180,000 – $250,000
About this role
SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry. Their platform reaches 2M+ engineers annually and serves as the discovery layer for electronic components. They are now scaling SnapMagic Copilot on a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components.
This role involves partnering with the CEO and leadership team to turn priorities into clear plans, operating systems, and automated workflows. You will own clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company, from internal operations to GTM execution and recruiting operations.
SnapMagic has doubled revenue since their seed round with a small team operating at a very high bar. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clarity out of complexity and using AI and automation to create leverage.
You will design systems, automations, and AI workflows that allow execution to scale without heroics. This is a doorway into the most strategic parts of the company: launching new products, improving 0→1 GTM motions, and scaling customer and partner operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, GTM strategy, or a similar leadership role in a high-growth startup
- Strong ability to diagnose ambiguous problems and create structured plans with clear owners and timelines
- Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation, or systems that multiply output
- Ability to partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution
- Track record of building scalable operating rhythms and processes that ensure follow-through
- Comfortable moving fluidly between company-level strategy and detailed hands-on execution
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic priorities across business operations, GTM execution, recruiting, internal systems, and company planning
- Identify repetitive, manual, or coordination-heavy work and replace it with better systems, automation, AI workflows, or vendor leverage
- Turn ambiguous business problems into clear plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Run and continuously improve the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms with discipline and consistency
- Design trigger-based workflows and automation so execution does not rely on memory, meetings, or manual follow-up
- Actively identify, define, build, and improve AI-enabled workflows that multiply team leverage
- Own recruiting operations, onboarding, and key internal workflows that help the team scale
