You will build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor from early discovery through deal closure. Close collaboration across Sales Product Engineering Professional Services and Customer Success accelerates business outcomes and matures processes.

The position offers the chance to document and share best practices while continuously sharpening technical and strategic skills. You will pioneer groundbreaking applications that translate emerging operational needs into scalable outcome-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Strategic customer-facing technical leader with 8+ years of experience in complex Enterprise environments
  • Discovery expert who understands customers’ core challenges and translates them into scalable solutions
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence engaging senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP) and architectures
  • Experience integrating AI to deliver value in SaaS-based solutions
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP DNS VLANs firewalls and VPNs

Responsibilities

  • Secure technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting solutions leveraging Axon’s ecosystem
  • Build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
  • Identify and architect high-value industry-leading solutions by uncovering customers’ emerging operational needs
  • Deliver detailed data-driven customer feedback and insights to influence product roadmap prioritization
  • Establish collaborative partnerships across Sales Product Engineering Professional Services and Customer Success
  • Strengthen team performance by documenting and sharing best practices and domain expertise
