The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Analyst Relations builds and owns the analyst and market influence function in the United States. This high-ownership individual contributor role focuses on increasing third-party validation and strengthening analyst understanding of Flagright.

You will manage analyst relationships end-to-end, independently run product demonstrations, and own submissions for reports and evaluations. The role requires continuously educating the market on how Flagright evolves through product updates, customer momentum, and roadmap developments. Work happens with direct access to leadership, product, and go-to-market teams.

Team members are resourceful, learn fast, and defend strong opinions while handling ambiguity and rejection. The environment prioritizes fast-changing priorities over consistent routine or extensive hand-holding.

This role offers autonomy to execute analyst engagement plans and deliver structured market insights directly to leadership. You will coordinate proof points and produce high-quality submission materials while partnering with Design and cross-functional teams. The position provides direct influence over how Flagright is represented across industry conversations and evaluations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in product marketing or analyst relations
  • Ability to develop enough product and domain understanding to explain Flagright clearly to external evaluators
  • Resourceful approach to figuring things out with whatever tools are available
  • Strong opinions that can be defended with evidence
  • Hunger to learn fast in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort with high expectations, ambiguity, and rejection

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with analyst firms and industry research organizations globally
  • Develop and execute analyst engagement plans and briefing cadences
  • Build trust and maintain ongoing communication with analysts through product updates and market signals
  • Deliver deep product demonstrations independently and translate technical capabilities into clear narratives
  • Own submissions for analyst reports, market evaluations, awards, and industry recognition programs
  • Write applications independently and coordinate proof points, customer references, and supporting evidence
  • Monitor analyst sentiment and market perception to identify positioning gaps and recommend actions
  • Track competitors and deliver structured insights to leadership and GTM teams
