About this role

SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry. Our core platform, SnapMagic Search (formerly SnapEDA), reaches 2M+ engineers annually as the default discovery layer for electronic components. We’re scaling SnapMagic Copilot on a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components to serve as the discovery and demand layer.

We’ve doubled revenue since our seed round with a small team operating at a high bar. The Head of Business Operations will own and improve internal operating systems end-to-end as a hands-on builder. This role turns momentum into a machine by ensuring commitments become consistent execution.

Design and scale operating systems for business operations, cross-functional execution, and internal workflows. Work closely with the CEO and functional leads as a trusted partner in execution and decision-making. Build systems, automation, tools, and leverage vendors so execution scales without heroics.

Hybrid schedule: in office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; remote Tuesday, Thursday. Own clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company. Build the operating machine that allows faster scaling with clarity and reliability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on builder experience turning complexity into clarity
  • Proven ability to scale execution through systems and automation
  • Expertise in designing trigger-based workflows and intelligent systems
  • Ownership mindset for recruiting operations and onboarding
  • Proficiency maintaining HubSpot, financial tooling, and documentation systems
  • Skill in collaborating with engineers and vendors to ensure reliable operations
  • High bar for company clarity, reliability, and momentum
  • Experience building operating rhythms for weekly, monthly, quarterly cadences

Responsibilities

  • Run the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms with discipline and consistency
  • Design trigger-based workflows and automation so execution does not rely on memory, meetings, or manual follow-up
  • Design workflows that integrate automation and intelligent systems as SnapMagic evolves into an AI-native company
  • Own recruiting operations, onboarding, and key internal workflows
  • Maintain clean, reliable systems across HubSpot, financial tooling, documentation, and internal workflows
  • Design, automate, and improve processes while ensuring accuracy before automation
  • Collaborate directly with engineers, vendors, and teammates to remove friction
  • Design systems that reduce coordination overhead and multiply team leverage
