About this role

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, seeking a Territory Account Executive for the Non-Profit Growth Business segment. In this hunter role, you will creatively break into net new logos across your assigned territory, introducing organizations to the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform.

As the main point of contact, you will quarterback each deal, prospect into every line of business, and uncover opportunities. You will map account strategies, align resources, and sell the entire Customer 360 Platform to drive value, while also working to cross-sell and up-sell after bringing in the initial deal.

You will employ collaborative selling techniques, partnering with internal resources like solutions engineers and product specialists. Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions from the C-level, creating demand by uncovering business problems. This role requires a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the priorities driving executive decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 3+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Strong business development skills with experience prospecting and bringing in new business.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple internal resources including solutions engineers, cloud account executives, and product specialists.
  • Deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-sell and up-sell on accounts after bringing in the initial deal.
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
