ThirdLove disrupted the bra industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz, prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards. As the Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Social, you will own Meta, TikTok, and support on Pinterest from strategy through execution.
You will oversee platform and agency relationships, direct AI tools for optimization, and partner with internal teams on creative briefs and testing. You understand that winning on Meta requires both a data-driven and creatively-led approach, and you treat Paid Social as a strategic function.

Requirements
- Proven experience owning paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok, with support on Pinterest
- Strong understanding of both data-driven and creatively-led approaches to winning on Meta
- Ability to manage platform and agency relationships with clear performance accountability
- Experience directing and evaluating AI tools for bid management, audience optimization, and creative performance
- Analytical eye for defining tests, interpreting results, and setting guardrails and performance benchmarks
- Strong opinions about creative and a genuine point of view on every channel decision
- Experience contributing channel-level commentary to cross-channel performance reporting
Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok, including account architecture, funnel coverage, and budget allocation
- Own budget pacing across all three channels and make real-time reallocation decisions based on performance signals
- Lead incrementality test design for social channels in coordination with our measurement stack
- Manage day-to-day communication and performance accountability with external platform and agency partners
- Direct, evaluate, and push back on AI execution tools for bid management, audience optimization, and creative performance
- Interrogate automated optimization outputs and override AI-recommended actions that do not hold up to scrutiny
- Partner on creative strategy and testing, working closely with internal teams on creative briefs and testing protocols
- Stay ahead of platform product changes, beta opportunities, and algorithm shifts on each platform
