About this role
Artisan is building the next generation of AI-native tools for modern go-to-market teams, designing intelligent systems that automate revenue workflows. As an early design leader, you’ll shape the product, culture, processes, and design foundations in a Series A company with rapid iteration and enormous ownership. We seek a Staff UX Designer to operate as a hybrid product strategist, systems thinker, prototyper, and design leader.
You will own end-to-end UX for strategic AI-powered workflows, translating ambiguous opportunities into clear UX strategies and interaction models. Partner tightly with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to define user journeys, prototypes, and system behaviors. Design multi-step flows, data-rich interfaces, and scalable patterns for complex GTM use cases.
Thrive in a fast-moving environment with no bureaucratic guardrails, driving user research, usability testing, and a coherent design system. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product vision while raising design quality through hands-on craft and mentorship. Work on multi-layered AI workflows that demand clarity, speed, and trust for GTM teams.
Set quality standards and mentor designers as the team scales, bridging near-term execution and long-term strategy. Define interaction models for autonomous agents and craft intuitive experiences in ambiguous problem spaces. Help shape the long-term product roadmap from a UX-led perspective.

- High-caliber craftsperson who cares deeply about clarity, precision, and usability
- Collaborate naturally with PMs, engineers, ML researchers, and leadership
- Comfortable designing workflows involving automation, decision support, or data-heavy AI experiences
