San Francisco, US · Full-time · $150,000 – $200,000

About this role

At unitQ, we leverage AI and advanced analytics to enable businesses to proactively monitor and improve product quality based on real-time user feedback from both public and private channels. Backed by leading investors such as Zendesk, Accel, and Google, unitQ serves world-class clients including Pinterest, PayPal, and Dropbox.

In this role, you will lead initiatives at the intersection of data analytics and AI, helping define and drive roadmap priorities for systems that process, classify, and visualize large-scale user feedback using technologies like LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and go-to-market partners to ship impactful features that help companies extract value from unstructured data.

You will engage directly with customers — including product and support leaders at top tech companies — to gather feedback, present insights, and shape solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in technical, fast-moving environments and enjoys blending data, product intuition, and user empathy.

Our mission is to help companies of all sizes deliver exceptional product experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth through continuous product quality improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-powered feedback analytics and make a tangible impact on how world-class companies improve their products.
