About this role
Rapt is an award-winning design and strategy studio that helps leading brands navigate the complex challenges of this ever-changing world. Our interdisciplinary teams blend architecture, interior design, brand experience, graphic design, and strategic thinking into holistic solutions. We earned recognition as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies for our agile approach.
Senior Designers maintain a keen eye for detail while managing multiple projects from conception to realization. They lead designers and work closely with Studio Leads and Design Directors to ensure each project’s success. Confidence and creativity position them on the frontlines of our work.
We embrace a hybrid approach to the future of work, spending 3 days in the studio each week with flexibility to work from home. We trust staff to know how and where they do their best work. Global clients benefit from our fresh thinking and customized partnerships across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York.
We seek conceptual thinkers who zoom from macro to micro details along the project timeline. Leaders mentor design staff without ego, guiding teams for project and collective benefit. Enthusiastic team players tackle the unexpected with strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
