In this role, you will work in an energizing, inclusive, and creative environment focused on concepting and creating sustainable product that exceeds customers' expectations. Partner with cross-functional team members responsible for ensuring product style and trend are worth the price. Set the overall global design direction for the conceptual development of the Old Navy Women's range.
Lean into risk taking and be customer curious while setting overall direction for conceptual development of women's product lines. Provide creative direction and coaching to develop a motivated, high-performing team. Handle the Women's Concept Design process including market research, macro trend, theme direction, trend funnel creation, and content delivery.
Ensure design direction aligns with market trends, business strategy, and interprets international and domestic fashion concepts. Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing for seamless product concept to store and site execution. Collaborate and lead in key concept and product initiatives.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative environment juggling multiple seasons and tracking deadlines. Possess an elevated sense of style, aesthetic, color, translating trends through customer and brand lens. Gain inspiration from creating high-quality mood boards and trend decks using Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of fashion concepts from Theme to Big Idea and Key Items
- Proven experience in high-quality, clear, inspirational mood boards and trend decks; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Evaluate complex situations using multiple internal and external sources of information
- Filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate complex concepts and procedures throughout the concept creation process
