About this role

CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Senior Website UI/UX Designer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This individual contributor role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, you will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves creating user-centered website experiences, evolving design systems, and supporting website redesign and migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with systems thinking and speed. You will transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency and quality.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design
Deep expertise in website UI/UX design, interaction design, responsive layouts, and modern digital experiences
Proven experience supporting large-scale website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives
Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and conversion-focused UX best practices
Experience designing for complex web ecosystems with multiple user journeys, audiences, and content types
Ability to translate business, marketing, and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across the web ecosystem
Partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences
Evolve design systems and support website redesign and migration initiatives
Transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces
Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality
Build high-fidelity prototypes and incorporate thoughtful animations and transitions into modern digital experiences
Independently drive projects from concept through execution while maintaining a high standard for quality and consistency
