Senior Product Designer

Padlet builds software for a good education that inspires curiosity, creativity, and community. The company enables visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide and aspires to create products that deliver genuine delight, similar to a Dyson vacuum or a perfectly balanced knife.

As Senior Product Designer you will design new products and features across mobile and web. You will coach less experienced designers, help hire additional team members when needed, and work to put Padlet into the hands of a billion people.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco where you report directly to the CEO. The office sits in the Presidio national park with outdoor WiFi, beach access, and views of the Golden Gate Bridge, plus dedicated spaces for meditation, games, art, and making.

You will start with an audience of 40 million users and see your work ship quickly to real classrooms. The role offers the chance to shape global education while valuing craft over data-driven iteration unless the right answer is truly unknown.
